Track and Fitness Center Information and Schedules

Monday - Friday

6:30 - 7:30 p.m.

Available for your individual or group use in the Fitness Center are: P90X, T25, PiYo, X25, Hip Hop Abs and Julian Michaels Body Revolution.

Reminder - The facility will not be open on holidays, vacations or snow days.

TRACK

Please enter the main door of the gym near the flagpole and proceed up the stairs by the gym lobby. There will be chairs available.

  • Please wear shoes - indoor athletic footwear only.
  • A waiver will need to be signed to use the facility.
  • Each day you use the facility you are expected to sign in.

FITNESS CENTER

If you have not been trained, the supervisor on duty will train you to use the equipment properly and give you helpful tips to meet your goals.

  • Once you have been trained and have signed a waiver you will have complete access to the fitness center.
  • Each time you attend, you must sign in.
  • Please enter using the small side entrance labeled Fitness Center.
  • Please use indoor athletic shoes only.
  • If you have to change clothes there are adjoining bathrooms.
  • These hours are for adult community members only. Students have other times to use the facility.
